The Article Submission System

• Submission Email Address: Authors can submit their articles by sending an email to our dedicated submission email address, which is library@bciit.ac.in.
• Submission Guidelines: Clear submission guidelines are provided in each call for papers and on our website. Authors receive instructions on how to format their email submissions, including details on file formats, citation styles, and manuscript structure.
• Easy Attachment Handling: Authors attach their research articles, along with any supplementary materials such as datasets or images, directly to the submission email. This streamlines the process and ensures all necessary materials are included from the outset.
• Confirmation of Receipt: Upon receiving the submission email, our system automatically sends a confirmation email to the author. This assures authors that their submission has been received and is in queue for review.
• Peer Review Assignment: After initial screening, submissions are assigned to qualified reviewers. Authors are notified via email about the progress of their submission, including when it enters the peer review process.
• Status Updates: Throughout the review process, authors receive email updates on the status of their submissions. They are informed if their article is under review, accepted with revisions, or accepted for publication.
• Direct Communication: Authors can communicate directly with the editorial team via email regarding their submissions. This enables them to address any queries or concerns promptly.
• Copyright Management: The submission email includes information on copyright agreements. Authors are provided with details on how to manage copyright and licensing for their articles, ensuring compliance with journal policies.
• Technical Support: Our editorial team is available to provide technical support to authors via email. Whether authors encounter formatting issues or have questions about the submission process, they can reach out for assistance.
